Very original, vibrant and joyous. Awesome job.
if really this theme not for everyday use. its just flash. later i will make more simple theme in minimalistic style
but anyway it usability. i work in this theme for 3 mounth day by day and not tired yet
No pressed states on title bars, The jaggies in start menu are quite bad on the curved edges, this can be fixed with some creative use of strokes and inner\outer shadowing \glow, Loggoff Glyphs are not centered, Toolbar icons are all cutoff on bottom on pressed state, All programs menu > secondary menu's cutoff at top, no drop shadows on frames, Progress flash image jagged and stretched, Tray\clock background gets banded when stretched and the icons aren't centered, Vista toolbar icons are un-skinned. This was just XP, I havent had time to check it in Vista yet.
As personal preferences, I find the animations and color choices very distracting, when animating I would suggest something more original and perhaps less distracting than a simple on\ off pulse, The taskbar while a nice idea is far too tall for my taste. Lastly my main piece of advice is ..just because you can animate everything... doesn't mean you should.
I wish you good luck in contest, Its a great skin, perhaps you can ammend some of these issues before voting.
